Louise Courtemanche (she/her)
Executive & Leadership Coach​

Louise has a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads Un​iversity in Victoria (Canada), a Masters in Management Science from the Université Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg (France), and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and International Business from the University of Ottawa (Canada).

​Louise has always embraced change, creating new challenges to realize her full potential.  This is what has propelled her to continuously explore new horizons, literally and figuratively. She has worked, studied, and taught in Canada, the United States, and Europe. Throughout her journey, she has developed and applied valuable insights for managing change and creating inclusive workplaces. For over twenty years, she has helped her colleagues and clients change behaviours, align leadership, and transform organizations for sustainable results. As co-owner of an inn, she provided guidance on strategy, marketing, team development and customer experience.


Pascal Dell (he/him)
Customer Experience Consultant

Pascal holds a Master's degree in Business and Economics from Innsbruck University (Austria) and a Graduate Finance Certificate from Sacred Heart University (Luxembourg/USA). After a decade in the financial sector in Luxembourg, Pascal immigrated to Canada and realized his dream of owning and operating an inn in world-renowned Banff, Alberta. During 11 years, Pascal developed efficient operating systems, and a successful customer experience approach.To share his experience and insights about operating an inn, and delivering a stellar customer experience, Pascal is putting pen to paper. Stay tuned for excerpts of his new book filled with humorous anecdotes and valuable tips!
